Aside from Hatty’s Club and The Market by Hatty’s, which are located within the Rosemont Ice Arena, the Group’s offering includes:

• The Prospect: a multi-story American bistro and bar that serves high-end cuisine in an environment that rivals those typically found in city epicenters.

• Big Fish’s Icehouse: an onsite scratch kitchen and lounge within Nicholas Sportsplex that elevates the gaming and fan experience. 

• Nomad Taco: a mobile kitchen serving Mexican street fare. From handmade blue corn tortillas to traditional trompo cooking methods, Nomad Taco proudly serves diverse flavors across Chicagoland.

Additional locations and catering/event spaces in Rosemont, Mount Prospect, and Elk Grove Village, IL are in the works.
